Description
These are lightly used 800GB HGST SAS SSDs taken from an EMC storage rack, secure erased, formatted, increased to 12GBPS (they were sometimes sold limited to 6GBPS) , performance tested, and verified with Smartctl.Please note: these are not SATA or PCIE SSDs, they won't typically work in a desktop unless you have an HBA.
They average around 200-400 total TB written. They have 14.6 PB lifetime endurance, so by that measure they're at 98% of their lifetime writes. This era of MLC NAND was specced to be bulletproof, and has extremely consistent throughput.
